Warranty Period
We offer a 1-month warranty (30 days) from the date of purchase, at no additional cost.
Defective Product Assessment
To process your claim, please provide clear images of the defective product for inspection. Additional details may be requested if necessary.
Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship only. This does not include damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.
Proper Use Requirement
The product must have been used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines. Failure to follow recommended use may void the warranty.
Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications
Any alteration, repair by an unauthorized technician, or tampering will void the warranty.
Original Parts & Accessories
The warranty applies only to original components supplied with the product. Third-party parts or accessories are not covered.
Exclusions
